For hardcore kebab fans.. The title speaks for itself : ) I always skip the onions though.
Although it is easy to just order a kebab from outside, they are incredibly easy to make at home as well, and with good results!
For the chicken you will need:
250 -500 gms chicken thigh fillets (and some breast fillets) chopped into ”kebab” sized pieces
Turkish BBQ seasoning
Lettuce, tomato and onion.
Plain yogurt with some salt and minced garlic. I used 1/4 clove of garlic per cup of yogurt.

Marinate the chicken in some of the bbq seasoning. Do not add to much as the seasoning contains salt.
Allow to marinate for at least 30 mins.
When ready to cook, heat some oil in a pan and pan-fry the chicken until the fat from the chicken is rendered off. The chicken should pick up some colour, some pieces becoming crispy but the majority should be moist.
Once ready taste for seasoning (you may need to add some salt).
Assemble on hot lightly toasted turkish bread with your salad and sauces.
Wrap up and enjoy!
